Centralising is the key to improving service delivery
1 July 2004
We have taken the decision to relocate our Langley office, which handles conveyancing, and integrated it within an enlarged conveyancing department at Windsor Crown House, our Slough Headquarters.Managing Partner Paul Norris commented “the legal profession has faced many challenges in recent years and we believe that our investment in technology has helped us to improve our service to clients. Conveyancing has become a volume delivery service that must combine an effective efficient response at an affordable price. Whilst we believe it is our people and not our technology that enable this balance to be maintained our investment in technology has helped to facilitate better service delivery.
The move from Langley is in line with our two key objectives; firstly to deliver a comprehensive legal service to clients by centralising back-office and service delivery staff and secondly to deliver on our core value of ‘valuing our clients and giving clients value”.
Apart from Graham Bayford, who has retired, all other staff have moved to our head office address in Windsor Road.
