On 29th October 2005 a number of the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Team at Harris Cartier were delighted to attend at the Back-Up Fireball at the Hilton Hotel in Birmingham. The firm sponsored the champagne reception and were delighted to contribute to the programme produced for the evening.
Harris Cartier have been closely involved with Back-Up for a number of years. The charity supports and promotes the interests of spinally injured people and provides a very wide range of activities to enable them to maximise their independence.
Invitations were accepted by our spinally injured clients, Luke Jones, Brian Holloway and Mark Owen and we were also delighted to have as our guests, Mr and Mrs Brian Gardner, Mr Gardner being a very eminent spinal injuries consultant, who has worked with us for a number of years and has provided us with reports in relation to the claims brought by Luke, Brian and Mark.
Everybody enjoyed themselves thoroughly at the ball, which was a black tie event including a charity auction, live band, casino and other fund raising events.
From the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Team, Dean Nicholls, Karen McCarthy, Greg Bee, Vanessa Hills, Matthew Tuff and Alex Haider all attended.
