HC announces affiliation with Irish firm Morgan McManus

Harris Cartier LLP is delighted to announce their affiliation with Morgan McManus Solicitors who have offices in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

While Ireland has undergone strong economic growth Morgan McManus believe that only those service providers who have created efficient Management Systems and devised a strategic growth plan will continue to thrive. Morgan McManus have already put in place the necessary computer technology and an effective Practice Management System. They can provide dedicated legal services on both sides of the border. They also have wide experience in dealing with cross-border legal issues. People who live and Businesses that work on both sides of the border or are anticipating such growth are entitled to expect that their Solicitors can provide a cross border service.

The association will permit us to further expand our existing Commercial Property business from Dublin whilst developing Company Commercial and Company Corporate business throughout Ireland. We also hope that our Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Departments will be able to work together for the benefit of our clients.

Commenting on the affiliation Justin Neal, Partner and Head of the Commercial Property Department in Harris Cartier, stated: "Having already acted for a number of large corporate Irish firms in England, we are already familiar with the requirements of Irish clients when transacting business in England. This is important in a time when businesses in Ireland are looking to Europe for further expansions. The fact that our clients can instruct Morgan McManus at their Clones or Enniskillen offices and have access to this wide range of legal services will be of major benefit going into the future".
