Home Information Pack Update

Changes are being introduced to Home Information Packs from 6th April 2009.
The new Property Information Questionnaire will be a compulsory document for inclusion into the HIP.
The EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) will have to be ordered and available from the outset.
Marketing of the property cannot start without these documents.
