We specialise in acting for children and adult clients who are incapable of handling their own affairs because of their age or as a result cerebral palsy or other brain injury. We will liaise with the Court of Protection and Public Guardianship office and act as Deputies and Trustees. The Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Team is supported by our Trusts and Financial Services Departments to help ensure that compensation meets each client's current requirements and future needs.
