Maria joined Harris Cartier in October 2007 as a Partner in the London Commercial Department to add to their intellectual property and information technology capabilities. Maria is a seasoned multi-jurisdictional lawyer with considerable experience acquired whilst “in-house” at Vodafone Group, where she advised on all aspects of procurement and supply chain issues.
Maria advises both users and suppliers of technology on all aspects of Commercial Law, Intellectual Property and Information Technology including:
- Protection, exploitation and acquisition of technology and intellectual property
- Software licensing and distribution
- Disaster recovery, business continuity, support and maintenance
- R&D and collaboration agreements
- On-line trading issues
- General commercial contracts
Maria speaks fluent Greek and Italian.
