Stephen Fuller

Senior Commercial Partner

Stephen Fuller is Harris Cartier's Senior Commercial Partner. He works in our London office, but has clients based all over the country and beyond. He heads the Commercial Department and, also as Chairman of the Eurojuris International Business Lawyers Group, a Pan-European association of commercial lawyers, he is finding there is an increasingly international side to his work.

Stephen's particular speciality is advising on management buy outs and company sales and purchases. He likes to approach these, as in all his work, in a pragmatic and problem solving fashion rather than the more traditional confrontational approach.

He has developed a team in London and Slough that provide first class legal advice to a wide variety of business clients.
